Frozen Bananas with Melted Chocolate & Pistachios, or Carob & Toasted Coconut

  1. Slice bananas crosswise.
  2. Melt chocolate/carob in a double boiler or microwave.
  3. Dip bananas in chocolate/carob and lay out flat on parchment-lined tray (stick with toothpicks if using).
  4. Sprinkle with garnishes (heh garnishes).
  5. Stick in freezer for an hour or more (depending how frozen you want them).
  6. Eat with all your monkey friends (but watch out for the ones who throw things).
