Holiday 'Egg'nog

Ingredients
  • 1 can coconut milk (I like this brand)
  • 4 tb cooked pumpkin, butternut, or kabocha squash (any will do)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2-4 tb maple syrup
  • 4 tb rum (non-AIP, optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg (sub mace for AIP)
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
Instructions
  1. Blend ingredients well, pour into glasses, finish with a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon.
  2. Toast your loved ones, drink, & be merry!
